Dr. Scott Pouyat completed his undergraduate work at Villanova University and his graduate work at the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts. Upon completing his graduate work, Dr. Pouyat did externships at the Joslin Diabetes Center, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School, and the Omni Eye Services of Atlanta. Dr. Pouyat has extensive ocular disease and post-surgical experience, including co-management of diabetic, hypertensive, post-cataract, post-refractive surgery, and glaucoma patients. He has also been highly successful with his contact lens patients, such as those with high astigmatism, bifocal, dry eye, and previous contact lens failure patients.
